assessments, and risk assessments. Project manager for the
investigation and remediation of numerous Super Fund Sites and industrial
properties. Projects include the investigation and remediation of
oilfields, power plants, oil refineries, steel facilities, and mining
sites throughout the United States. This includes experience in the
investigation, risk evaluation , and clean up of perchlorate impacted
facilities in California and Nevada. Provided technical oversight for assessment and remediation of hundreds of environmentally impacted properties. Responsible for cost control of Multi-million dollar projects and fiscal
management of a large portfolio of distressed properties. Facilitated property transactions through aggressive environmental mitigation and interfaced with business owners, property owners, developers, lenders and governmental agencies. Provided litigation support as an expert witness and development of environmental clean-up strategies.
