Over 20 years of experience directing soil and ground-water remedial actions for major oil companies, Department of Defense, Product Manufacturers, Landfill Operators, Major Airlines and Land Developers.  Directed over 200 projects involving site cleanup activities facilitating development of otherwise unusable properties.  Founding partner and responsible for all technical operations of a multi-million dollar environmental engineering, geological, and general contracting company.  Drilled over 200 Oil Wells in the San Joaquin Valley and Los Angeles County as an exploration geologist.  Provided deposition and trial testimony as expert witness for major law firms involving large environmental case settlements.

Principal advisor has over 28 years of civil, geotechnical, environmental and structural engineering experience in the southwestern and western United States, including over 19 years of geotechnical engineering, over 12 years of environmental engineering and over 6 years of structural engineering experience. Geotechnical projects include commercial developments, shopping centers, subterranean and multi-story complexes, public works projects, landfill redevelopment projects. Environmental experience includes soil and groundwater contamination studies, methane gas migration studies, landfill closure and soil cover studies. Overseen numerous projects, which have combined geotechnical engineering and environmental issues.

More than 20 years of professional experience in environmental assessments, remedial investigations, preliminary endangerment assessments, and risk assessments.  Project manager for the investigation and remediation of numerous Super Fund Sites and industrial properties.  Projects include the investigation and remediation of oilfields, power plants, oil refineries, steel facilities, and mining sites throughout the United States.  This includes experience in the investigation, risk evaluation , and clean up of perchlorate impacted facilities in California and Nevada.  Provided technical oversight for assessment and remediation of hundreds of environmentally impacted properties. Responsible for cost control of Multi-million dollar projects and fiscal management of a large portfolio of distressed properties. Facilitated property transactions through aggressive environmental mitigation and interfaced with business owners, property owners, developers, lenders and governmental agencies. Provided litigation support as an expert witness and development of environmental clean-up strategies.
